At Techno Smarters, we provide digital courses and online learning services. Due to the nature of digital products, access to course materials is typically granted immediately after purchase.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents access to the purchased course and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

  • If a duplicate payment was made in error.
